Here are some outfits I wore to work for summer:

When it's hot outside, I like to wear flats instead of heels. Comfort above all :p
and sorry for the bad pictures, I usually don't have much time in the morning ;)

July Deauty Box! :)

Hello world!

I noticed that my last post was also about the Deauty Box, so I guess that it has been about a month that I haven't posted anything....
I guess sometimes life is just boring and there is nothing to tell/share? :p

But today I received my July Deauty Box and I once again wanted to share with all of you.

So here comes the content:

This month it's all about the theme of 'respect'! It's a box with respect for nature, environment, sustainable development, fair trade and organic cultivation.

This our July menu:

Avril - Bio Eye Pencil - Full Size

Avril - Nail Polish - Full Size

The Body Shop - Shea Body Scrub - Full Size

Alepia - Argan Oil - Full Size

Cattier - Tooth Past for White Teeth - Full Size

I guess we all know how to use eye pencil, nail polish, body scrub and tooth paste, but do you guys have any good suggestions on how to use the argan oil? Deauty mentions you can use it for dry spots on your skin, but that's it.
I heard you can also use it for facials,... I also saw a video on YouTube about using certain oils to clean your skin??? I don't really remember, but I will be looking for it!
Do you guys know any good uses for this oil?

June 2013 Deauty Box!

Soooooo.... last week I received my June Deauty Box, but I just haven't had the time to make a post about it.

The content of this month:
* Catrice - Ultimate Color Lipstick 'It's a Matte World" - Full size
I actually quite like the color and texture of this lipstick. It doesn't dry out my lips, but it also isn't a very greasy lipstick. It goes on smoothly and feels very light.
Although the color is a bit heavy for me, I really like it!

*Catrice - Absolute NUDE eyeschadow palette - Full size
Sadly, I'm not really a fan of this palette. I think that the colors don't really show up on my skin. It's just not very pigmented.
Also, all colors are shimmer and I like to us a mix of matte and shimmer for my eyes.

*Etat Pur - Actif Pur - A46 - Full size
I haven't use this one yet, but I will definitely try it!

*Estée Lauder - Revitalizing Supreme - 5ml
I will probably try this later, but it's not really at the top of my list. :-p

*Lamazuna - Natural Soap - Full size
It indeed smells nice! I guess I will be trying this out :-)

OOTDs

Hiii!!!

Last week I took some quick pictures of my outfits to share :) so here they come!
 

Outfit 1 was on a Sunday, so just casually mixing some stripes ;)
Outfit 2 was for work, but I wanted to bring some brightness to my day, so I decided to wear floral pants :p
Outfit 3 was also for work, but it was important to wear something easy and comfortable, as it was going to be 34°C that day
and outfit 4 is just a simple peplum top with skirt and some flats...

So those were a few outfits of last week, as I forgot to take a picture of the other outfits...

I do look like I have really short legs, don't I? :(

 

OOTD - office

I thought it would be nice weather today... but not really.... It's not really cold, but it's very cloudy and there just isn't any sun outside :(

I'm wearing a black peplum skirt (as I THOUGHT I would see the sun today), a white top, a blue vest and simple black pumps.

I really look like an OL (Office Lady) right?? :p

In short: a very simple office look for work!

OOTD - Casual Friday at Work :)

TGIF! and it's casual Friday at work :)
so today a bit more casual and less "office lady"

I'm wearing a dress from H&M to give my white legs some sunshine. As we have been waiting for a long long long long long time for the sun to come out :p

Check out my super white legs! They have missed the sun!

Deauty Box May 2013!

I'm always very happy to receive my Deauty box! I usually check Deauty's facebook to see what other people posted about the box and to check what is inside.... (I'm verrrry curious!) BUT this time my box arrived (fairly) early and it was a complete surprise as to what was inside......

So for all of the curious people:

The content:
1) Garnier Ambre Solaire - BB Cream SPF 30 - 50 ml (= full size, €11.99)
2) Klorane - Shampoo with oats - 100 ml (= full size, €5.00)
3) Avène - After-sun lotion - 50 ml (full size is 200 ml, €15.70)
4) Lamazuma - Facial cleansing wipes - 2 pieces (= full size, €4.00)
5) Bo-Ho Green Revolution - Terracotta powder - 9 g (= full size, €12.95)

The box has the perfect items to look good for spring and summer!
A BB cream with SPF30 for sufficient protection, a bronzer for a sun-kissed look and an after-sun lotion to take care of our skin afterwards.
